Modern Mood Body Jewelry grew from a passion to help people feel their best.
We took a leap into making fashion jewelry after working together at a traditional jewelry store and have since moved into our most creative venture yet – designing unique, high-quality body jewelry.
Modern Mood Body Jewelry designs and manufactures fine 14k gold threadless piercing ends with genuine diamonds and precious colored gemstones, and now cubic zirconia and lab grown gemstone designs.
Our jewelry is verified and certified nickel and cadmium free. We are inspired to design gorgeous pieces and are really happy doing what we do every day! We continue to educate and immerse ourselves in the jewelry and piercing industries.
At the heart of our business is a genuine desire to uplift the well-being of anyone who wears our jewelry and inspire a sense of confidence and positivity in their own skin.

Monica
A true Cancer—loyal, heart-led, and always looking out for her people—she’s the ultimate do-it-all mama to Brooks and Blake and co-captain of Modern Mood. Monica brings an eye for timeless beauty to every piece she touches. Monica is a Graduate Gemologist & has a Jewelry Design and Technology Degree from GIA.
Michelle
ISFP, Aquarius, year of the Horse, Michelle is a creative spirit through and through. She relishes her everyday life as a mama to Finn, Modern Mood co-captain and one day, aspires to master a fishtail rollerblade trick and boulder more. Michelle holds a Fine Arts Degree in Jewelry Making & Metalsmithing from UGA, and Diamond Certification from GIA.
Daisy
Daisy joins Modern Mood with over 16 years of piercing and tattoo industry experience, excelling at making piercers' lives easier. She is a Taurus, studied geology along with film studies and likes to spend her free time creating gloomy music in her basement studio, playing various instruments while watching movies on mute. Taylor
As an Aquarius, Taylor brings vibrant energy and a fresh perspective to everything she does. Before joining Modern Mood as an Administrative Assistant in the jewelry industry, she spent 3 ½ years as a preschool teacher—an experience that strengthened her patience, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Jessie
Jessie brings over 13 years of graphic design and marketing expertise to the team and is the creative force behind our MOOD Mag, all while traveling the world. She’s the one dreaming up bold ideas, like getting us to jump into live shopping events. And she's an Aquaruis, too!
